Westline Security UK was founded in 2016 by James Mangan, a dedicated and passionate Security Operative whose aim is to make a difference to the Security Industry and for Security workers.

 
James worked for many Security firms encountering various problems along the way, from bad management and practices, to, bad bosses and working conditions. 
All of which could have been avoided, had proper employment rules/guides been followed and implemented by the firms.

There are many issues within the security sector in the current UK market, which James has himself experienced. Staff are often over worked, unfairly treated, under paid and very unsure of their job security. All of which eventually leads to the provision of bad service, resulting in unsatisfied clients and unhappy staff.
